Chris is planning to do several FAN CLUB MEMBER ONLY chats on his new message board over the next couple of weeks. Instead of having them in the public chat box - Chris will have them ON THE MESSAGE BOARD in the Fan Club Members ONLY forum. **The forum is one of the many BONUSES you get by joining Chris's Fan Club (you also get unlimited meet and greets throughout the year, an autographed 8X10, membership card, wallpaper & avatars, and other extras).**

You ALSO need to be following Chris on Twitter (www.twitter.com/chrisyoungmusic) because that's where Chris will announce that he is online and chatting! YOU WILL NOT HAVE TIME TO JOIN THE FAN CLUB, ETC AFTER HE TWITTER'S BEFORE THE CHAT HAPPENS! So don't miss out, join NOW! Here's how:

How can you participate?

1) You'll need to be a fan club member. You can join the official Chris Young Fan Club at http://www.chrisyoungcountry.com/fan_club.php.

2) Then register for the Chris Young message board at http://forum.chrisyoungcountry.com/. It's FREE! Once you've registed on the message board, make sure you have requested access to the fan club forum as outlined at http://forum.chrisyoungcountry.com/announcement.php?f=2.

2) Now you'll need to be notified when the chat is to happen. All you have to do is sign up to follow Chris on Twitter (it's FREE). This is where he'll announce the date and time he plans to chat with fans -- he'll make the announcement just moments before beginning the chat in the Fan Club forum on the message board. Go to www.twitter.com/chrisyoungmusic and sign up for tweets online and/or your cell phone.

3) Once Chris announces he's online and chatting, surf over to his message board and sign in to the Fan Club forum -- that's where you'll find him!

If you've ever participated in an online chat with Chris, you know it's entertaining. If you haven't, what are you waiting for? This is just another way for Chris to give back to his fan club members so don't miss out! We want a full house when Chris comes to visit!

So I am slowly but surely figuring out this Twitter thing... :confused: :_o: I was afraid that I was going to miss out on Chris' Tweets about important stuff, like the chats online and upcoming CD and video release information.... Obviously I can't sit in front my computer all day long.... and I did not have Twitter set up to send updates sent to my phone because I don't have unlimited text messages.... I thought it was an "all or nothing" deal... either EVERYONE's updates get sent to the phone or none do... Today I just figured out how to selectively choose to have only certain people's updates sent to my phone.... So now I'm all set and ready for the "important tweets" from Chris... :_applauso: and I don't have to worry about Blake Shelton running up of cell phone bill with his bazillion tweets every day! LOL :_risata: :dry: :linguino:

I had to "turn" a few people off from my phone, cause it was getting a little out of control:_lol: Blake especially. He's quite a character.
I also noticed that if more than one person Tweets at the same time, that I didn't always get ALL of the Tweets directed to my phone. So, I put Blake to the side, so I wouldn't miss anything from Chris:_risata:
